[Fall 2023]

This is my 43 year old face with no foundation, some eye liner, mascara, and eyebrow pencil.

I’ve asked the Lord to quite literally “Preserve my sexy” especially before my wedding day, and the Lord is deliveringggg.

I’m not so much a prissy-girlie girl so I keep it pretty simple with my skincare routine. Mostly this face wash, this body soap and lotion and currently this face booster.

I also love drinking water and I try to do at least 1-2 of my quiet times outside in nature, with the gorgeous sun beaming on my face.

But the real skin secret is a heart that feels all its emotions (even the ugly ones). Heals in the safe presence of Holy Spirit and prayer. And forgives often with my mouth, words and actions. I often say to God: “Show me my real heart right now.” And if I wait a beat, God shows me something, often in the form of something coming to mind (To note, journaling helps with this immensely.)
