At Together Good Co., we embrace the values of the Christian faith, kindness, play, movement, prayer, and honoring the body — recognizing the significance each aspect has in nurturing holistic well-being and personal growth.
The heart for women, creatives and safe spaces was birthed at the intersection of our backstory, trenched in live television production, VIP hospitality, backstage logistics, music festivals, celebrity green rooms, and the 8 years our founder served as a youth pastor -- alongside the backstage conversations that voiced a deep need.
Taken from the school of Patrice’s somatic training, we approach coaching as “partnering in a co-creative process of enquiry in service to the potential which is seeking to emerge in the life of the client.”
We provide support for career, faith, and relationship burnout, and offer resources to help foster healing, clarity, and personal growth through somatic coaching care packages, workshops, and online and in-person retreats.
Hi There! I’m Patrice. A mentor, friend, certified somatic (body-oriented) coach for emotional health, Jesus lover, prayer partner and country line dancer.
In my teens and early twenties, I absorbed the idea that I needed to hustle hard to pursue my dreams. Achieve. Achieve. Achieve.
I then went into the world of television production, cultivating a habit of ignoring my body, which then led to severe burnout with physical and emotional implications…
Through slowing down, investing in myself through intentional coaching, prayer, counseling, staying connected to the local church, worship, Scripture, movement, and gentle practices I now live by (and also teach ;) I came out of burnout and stepped into a new season of passion and fresh dreams and adventures.
I’ve now learned that it’s not so much about the hustle, but rather the consistency and heart behind that consistency. And allowing the body to be heard and to safely process. Yes, it all still takes work— but not to the detriment of our bodies, hearts and minds.
Coming back home to my own body in the safe presence of God was truly life changing for me.
And as I continue to support leaders and women backstage and in ministry, I’m amazed at the transformation of beauty, hope and strength that arises in them.
Now, I incorporate my experience and training to help pave the way for more creatives like you!
